Welcome to Sayarty Zone. This document is an agreement between you and the platform, and by using its services you accept the terms set out below.
What the platform is
Sayarty Zone lists and introduces users to service providers across the eighteen Iraqi governorates. It is not a party to any sale or service contract you conclude with the other side.
The platform collects no money, stores no card details, and has no internal wallet. Financial settlement happens outside the platform, directly between you and the provider or seller.
Confirming an order or a booking produces a reference number for follow-up only. It is not a payment and creates no financial obligation towards the platform.
There is no in-platform messaging. Contact happens by revealing a phone number or through external channels.
Your account and your rights
Browsing and searching are open to visitors without an account. Revealing a phone number, saving favourites, and booking require one.
Registration requires an Iraqi phone number verified by a one-time code. An email address is optional.
Accepting these terms and the privacy policy is a condition of creating an account.
You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time: your listings are removed at once and the account is disabled for thirty days. Signing in within that window restores it.
What providers undertake
A provider is solely responsible for the accuracy of their stock, appointments, prices, and service details. Repeated breaches lead to a warning and then suspension.
Upgrading an account to a provider requires documents reviewed by an administrator, and any material change to a provider's details returns it to review.
An approved showroom account is not used for personal selling.
Publishing and moderation
A listing needs three to ten photos and expires after thirty days, with renewal available. The only supported currencies are the Iraqi dinar and the US dollar.
Any edit to a published listing returns it to review before it appears again.
Every administrative decision to accept or reject carries a documented reason, which is shown to you.
Documented breaches lead to escalating bans: seven days, then fourteen, then twenty-one, then permanent. You may appeal, and appeals are reviewed within forty-eight hours.
What the service does not do
No auctions, insurance, commercial shipping, paid subscriptions, or side-by-side car comparison are part of the current scope.
Using the platform is entirely free at launch.
Privacy
How your personal data is handled is covered by the privacy policy, which forms part of this agreement.
